The scales of the approximately 2 kg "sea bream" from Shizuoka are carefully inverted to create a crunchy texture, the meat is plump, and the fat spreads like a melt-in-your-mouth melting as you bite into it, gently enveloping your mouth with its delicious flavor.
Take your time to enjoy the accompanying Romesco sauce (paprika-derived sauce), myoga, and Italian parsley as well.

We recommend pairing with dry white wine, sparkling wine, and refreshing sake.
