The paella with saury, ginger, and porcini mushrooms that we had been serving until recently was so well received that we sold out!
Seafood paella has been a hot seller at our restaurant, and all the customers who ordered it were pleased with the autumn swordfish, as it was also a favorite fish of the Japanese people.

Next time, I'm thinking about paella with salmon and salmon roe, but what do you think?
