We started serving "snow crab and salmon roe changuro" the other day.

This tapas, which means "crab" in Basque, is made by finely chopping aromatic vegetables, simmering them with tomato sauce and snow crab, and then oven-baking them with a daring arrangement of white sauce on top to suit the Japanese palate.

We offer them for 400 yen each, so you can enjoy them at a reasonable price.
