Iberian pork cutlet

Thick slices of Iberian pork shoulder are coated with vegetable-flavored bread crumbs and sizzlingly deep-fried, a meat dish that many may like.

The sauce is balsamic sauce and the garnish is vegetables and plums.
I chewed on a cutlet, and then I sipped one of the plums as I chased it...
The sweetness of the plum enhances the flavor of the meat, while the acidity neutralizes the oil in the mouth, creating a composition that will not make you tired of eating.

We are confident that our chef's kindness and French-derived ideas can be felt.

Pairings include Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir, as well as Sherry/Fino, Manzanilla, Oloroso and Medium. Spanish beer/Inedit and special lemon sours are also excellent pairings.
