These are red and white wines from Juan Hill, a leading winery in Jumilla, Murcia, Spain.

・The red wine is “Fan Hill Silver Label 2023”
Variety: Monastrell 100%
Made from Monastrell grapes—small in size but bursting with concentration—grown in a challenging terroir, this full-bodied wine has been aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Pairings: Meat paella, Arriada de Pollo, beef cheek braised in red wine, cheese platter, charcoal-grilled meats, etc.

・The red wine is "Fan Hill Moscatel"
Variety: Moscatel 100%
This light white wine features fresh aromas reminiscent of ripe, vibrant fruit, with subtle floral notes. It offers a refreshing, summery flavor profile with juicy, fruity notes.

Pairings: Greek-style pickled vegetables, octopus, peach, and mint salpicón, scallops marinated in lemongrass oil, pufferfish paella, etc.
